Storm Hair and Beauty Cancellation Policy
At Storm Hair and Beauty, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
- If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within less than 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will apply.
No-Shows
- If you fail to attend your appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
- Repeated no-shows may require full payment or a deposit before future bookings can be made.
Deposits
- For certain services or appointments of longer duration, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- Deposits will be applied to the final cost of your service. However, they will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled without proper notice.
Late Arrivals
- Arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled. In some cases, this may be considered a missed appointment, and the cancellation fee may apply.
Emergency Considerations
- We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion.
